Getting to Know Your Oven
Model Identification
• The oven is available in single and double oven
models.
• Both models are equipped with Dacor’s Pure Con-
vection cooking system (see page 13 for descrip-
tion). On double oven models, only the upper oven is
equipped for convection cooking.
