Possible Causes and Solutions
Any Voltage input indicators do not
light up.
(a) Check to make sure that the voltage input
terminal wiring is connected properly.
(b) Check the voltage input terminals are not
damaged.
The accumulation of kWh does not
match total consumption.
(a) Check to make sure the voltage input is
continuously 24 hours/day.
(b) Check the CT wiring direction on load and
polarity on meters if parallel 2 or 3 CTs for any
phase. When parallel 2 or 3 CTs, the wiring
direction and polarity must be the same.
