Handset Menu Function 1: Phonebook
Each individual Handset has its own phonebook, independent of each other handset, with a maximum of 50
entries, each name a maximum of 12 characters, each number a maximum of 20 digits and a melody selected
from 1 to 10. Press key. Use or key to select PHONEBOOK. Then press key to confirm.
To review phonebook memory (name and number)
When the LCD displays PHONEBOOK, press key to confirm, and the LCD displays LIST, press
key to display the first entry in the phonebook memory, then review the phone book record lists by
using or key or press numerical key to jump straight to the first entry beginning with the corresponding
letter, and then scroll up or down.
When the desired number is shown, press or key to dial out the number automatically.
Shortcut: In the idle mode, press key, and the handset display will show the first entry in the
phonebook memory. Press or key to scroll through the phonebook memory one by one, or press
numerical key to jump straight to the first entry beginning with the corresponding letter, and then scroll up
or down.
