4.5 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION, FRONT AIR SUSPENSION
When working on the cab
suspension provide extra supports
for the cab to avoid the risk of being
trapped.
Removing front air suspension
1. Bleed the air pressure system.
2. Remove the cab grille, lower grille and
corner pieces.
3. Lift the c ab at the front in such a way as to
make it possible to remove the cab bearing
pin.
4. Removethepipetoallowgrease
lubrication.
5. Remove the grease lubrication connection
nipple (1).
6. Using a drop stamp, remove the sealing
plug (2).
7. Remove the locking bolt at the front of the
stabiliser bar.
8. Remove the cab bearing pin (5) at the front.
Make sure that the stabiliser bar cannot
rotate.
9. Remove the air pipe from the air
suspension element (12).
10. Detach the air suspension element at the
bottom.
11. Remove the air suspension element (12).
