Procedure Warning Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power
supplies before disassembling work.

1. Remove the peripheries.

The cooling only models do
not have a four way valve.
Preparation

Remove the sound blankets
according to the “Removal of
Sound Blankets”.

Detach the four way valve
coil and the clamp, and then
detach the wire harnesses.

Remove the screw and
remove the four way
valve coil.

Pull out the outdoor
electronic expansion
valve coils.
3
Remove the putty.
4
Remove the terminal
cover.
