Why is my Dake SE-912 Saw blade dulling so quickly?

  Premature blade dulling in your Dake Saw can be caused by several factors. To address this: 1. Use finer teeth if the current teeth are too coarse. 2. Decrease the speed if it's too high. 3. Decrease spring tension on the side of the saw to increase feed pressure if it's inadequate. 4. Reduce speed and increase feed pressure if there are hard spots or scale on the material. 5. Increase feed pressure by reducing spring tension if the material is work hardening. 6. Replace the blade and adjust blade tension if the blade is twisted. 7. Tighten the blade tension adjustable knob if the blade tension is insufficient. 8. Tighten blade tension if the blade slides.

  If your Dake Saw's motor is running too hot, it could be due to several reasons: * Reduce tension on the blade if it's too high. * Reduce tension on the drive belt if it's too high. * Use a finer blade if the current blade is too coarse for the material. * Use a coarse blade if the current blade is too fine for the material. * Adjust the gears so that the worm is in the center of the gear if they are improperly aligned. * Check the oil path if the gears need lubrication. * Decrease reed anti speed if the cut is binding the blade.
