How to troubleshoot a Daktronics Accessories scoreboard that doesn’t light up and the console doesn’t work?

  If your Daktronics Accessories scoreboard doesn't light up and the console isn't working, first check that the main circuit breaker for the scoreboard is on. Also, ensure the scoreboard is receiving the correct 120 or 240 V AC power. For the console, make sure it's plugged into a 120 or 240 V AC power supply. As a test, you can swap the console with one that is known to work, entering the correct sport code and radio settings. If it still doesn't work, the console may need to be replaced.

Check that the red DS2 LED on the driver lights up when sending commands from the control console. Also, cycle power to the scoreboard and watch for radio receiver broadcast or channel settings.
