Identication
Identication shows general information about the processor including the Dynamic Host
Conguration Protocol (DHCP) device name, a brief description, registration code, and
the device identication number. Refer to Figure 12.

The information in the Device (DHCP) Name, Description, Registration code, and Device
ID elds is set by Daktronics during system installation.
The Device ID is a unique number used to identify a specic processor. If the Device ID
character string is needed for other operations, use the Copy to Clipboard function to
easily copy this information to the computer’s temporary clipboard.
Click the red Change button to change the device ID; however, changing the ID will
result in a loss of communication with any registered services.
Note: Use this feature only as instructed by Daktronics technicians.
