Dashboard Tiles
Most dashboard status tiles are interactive; click an interactive tile to open an
operational window or menu item. The Important Messages tile and two other tiles
(Storage and Memory) provide information only. When the cursor is placed over an
interactive tile, the arrow changes to a hand symbol 👆. If the tile is not interactive, the
cursor remains as an arrow symbol. Clicking an open circle at the bottom of any tile
opens another page of information within that tile.
• Important Messages - This tile warns the user that an important setting has changed.
The number of important messages is indicated by the number listed at the top of
the tile and the dots at the bottom of the tile. Refer to the Important Messages tile in
Figure 8. Normally this tile is not present.
• Identication - This tile provides the processor’s descriptive data including the name,
ID number, description, and registration code. Click this tile to open Identication
under the Conguration menu.
• Time - This tile shows the current date, time, and time zone. Click this tile to open Time
under the Conguration menu.
• Network-Ethernet - This tile shows network device and address information. Click this
tile to open Network under the Conguration menu.
• Firmware - This tile shows the current version of VIP controller rmware and display
rmware. Click this tile to open an operational window to update the VIP rmware.
Normally, the Boot load all devices option is selected to update all devices at the
same time. If troubleshooting a display, clear the Boot load all devices option to
choose certain devices to be updated.
• Storage - This information tile shows how much le storage is currently being used and
how much is available on the processor.
