1. You must first set the camera mode using the sem command. Refer to Setting the
Exposure Mode on the following page for details.
2. Then, when applicable, use the commands
ssf (mode 2 only) to set the line rate
and/or
set (mode 2 or 6), to set the exposure time. Refer to Setting Line Rate and
Setting Exposure Time below for details.
Setting the Exposure Mode
To select an exposure mode, use the command:

Syntax Elements:
i
Exposure mode to use. Factory setting is 2. Refer to
Table 7 on page 23 for a list of available modes.
Notes: To obtain the current value of the exposure mode, use the
command gcp.

Setting Line Rate
Camera must be operating in exposure mode 2.
To set the line rate, use the command:

ssf i
Syntax Elements:
i
Desired line rate in Hz. Allowable range is 1000 Hz to
the camera’s maximum line rate. See Table 1. Spyder2 4k
Operating Requirements and Ranges for maximum line
rates.
Notes:
• To read the current line rate frequency, use the command
gcp.
• If you enter an invalid line rate frequency, the valid range of
values will be displayed.
