OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HIGH PRESSURE WATER MIST PUMP UNIT

Displays the value of electric current (ampere) used by the Unit Control
Panel.
Press this button if you need to check if all lamps on the Unit Control
Panel are functioning properly. When pressed, all lamps will turn on. If
they do not, you should check the bulbs and wiring of lamps.
Button for manual start of the SEM-SAFE
®
High-Pressure Water Mist
Pump Unit. By pressing the button, the first pump on the unit will start.
Then the unit will automatically control the pressure level and turn on
additional high-pressure pumps if required.
System error light
and system reset error

Lamp which indicates that an error/failure occurred in the SEM-SAFE
®
High-Pressure Water Mist Pump Unit. When it is ON, a description of
the failure appears on the Alarm Display. After the error is solved, the
system may be reset by using the system reset error switch.
Lamp which turns on when a specific high-pressure pump on the SEM-
SAFE
®
High-Pressure Water Mist Pump Unit is running. There is a
separate lamp for each high-pressure pump.
Switch used to turn on and off the power supply to the Unit Control
Panel.
Emergency stop push

Push button for emergency stop of the SEM-SAFE
®
High-Pressure
Water Mist Pump Unit.
Displays the value of electric potential (Volt) of the Unit Control Panel.
Volt meter selector

Switch for manual selection of the electric potential value.
Audio alarm in case of error/failure.
Button for manual mute of buzzer.

Emergency switch for each pump in case of error/failure on the SEM-
SAFE
®
High-Pressure Water Mist Pump Unit. Each switch can be turned
on with the key placed in the bag inside the cabinet.
Description of alarm that occurred. It appears when the System error
light is on. Please see the list of alarms below.
