Why won't my Danfoss ERC 214 Controller's compressor start?

Several factors can prevent the compressor from starting. It may be waiting for the compressor delay timer; in this case, check parameter C02. A defrost cycle might be in progress, so check parameters d03 and d19. Also, the line voltage to the compressor could be too low or too high; verify parameters A72, A73, and A75.
