(Instance 71 only) Shows the state attribute of the
frequency converter as indicated in Table 4.10:

4.5 Reference Handling
4.5.1 Bus Speed Reference Value
In FC prole (parameter 8-10 Control Word Prole = [0] Frequency converter prole), the reference is scaled as a normalized
relative value in percent. The value is transmitted in hexadecimal:
0% = 0 hex
100% = 4000 hex
-100% = C000 hex
Depending on the setting of parameter 3-00 Reference Range, the reference is scaled from -maximum to +maximum or from
minimum to maximum.
