Installation: Location consideration
The heat exchanger must be sited external to the area being cooled and, preferably outside.
Consider especially the potential of dripping water when positioning the external heat ex-
changer and nd a location, where debris can´t get into the air ow of the heat exhanger.
a. The heat exchanger can stand freely on
a flat surface or
b. It may be hung, in the upright position,
from a window-sill or balcony. Use the
chains provided to support the heat
exchanger.
NB: When the heat exchanger is hang-
ing, it must be xed with a suitable hook
in the wall.
