Why is my Dantherm ACT-7 not cooling?

Several factors can cause a Dantherm air conditioner to stop cooling. It may be defrosting, which is normal and resolves itself in about ten minutes. The refrigeration system might be overheating; in this case, connect a T-split hose and two outdoor heat exchangers to the ACT 7. Low water/glycol fluid levels can also be the cause; top up the ACT 7 room unit header tank with water/glycol mixture. Check for and remove any kinks in the hoses. The external heat exchanger might have blocked airways, requiring you to clean the fan and coil with a vacuum cleaner or water and a brush. If the external heat exchanger is in a hot environment, move it to a cooler, shaded location. A leak in the water/glycol system could also be the problem, requiring a service technician.
