Air flow through the dehumidifier:
How the air changes as it passes
through the dehumidifier:
The fan draws humid air through a fil-
ter inside the dehumidifier.
The air is cooled, causing the moisture
content to condense into drops of wa-
ter, which are collected in the water
container.
The air is reheated using heat from the
dehumidifier's operation (temperature
increase of approx. +5 °C), and the
option of further heating using the in-
tegrated heating element.
As the air is repeatedly circulated through the dehumidifier, its moisture content is re-
peatedly reduced, resulting in rapid, gentle drying. The dehumidifier can run constantly,
or be controlled by a built-in hygrostat.
