RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INSTALLER
Remember that anyone who sells and/or motorises doors/gates becomes the manufacturer of the automatic door/gate
machine and must therefore prepare and conserve a technical folder that contains the following documents (see Machinery
Directive Enclosure V):
• Assemblydrawingoftheautomaticdoor/gate;
• Electricalconnectionandcontrolcircuitwiringdiagram;
• Riskanalysisincluding:alistoftheessentialsafetyrequirementsprovidedinMachineryDirectiveEnclosureI;alistoftherisks
posed by the door/gate and the description of the solutions adopted.
• Keeptheseoperatinginstructionsinasafeplacetogetherwiththeinstructionsforalltheothercomponents;
• Preparetheseoperatinginstructionsandgeneralsafetywarnings(forthecompletionoftheseoperatinginstructions)and
deliver a copy to the final user;
• Filloutthemaintenanceregisteranddeliveracopytothefinaluser;
• DrafttheCEdeclarationofconformityanddeliveracopytothefinaluser;
• FilloutthecompleteCElabelorplateandapplyittothedoor/gate.
Note: The technical folder must be conserved for inspection by the competent national authorities for at least ten years from
the date construction of the automatic door/gate.

WARNING In case a little pedestrian door is installed on the gate and it may be opened while the gate moves, it is necessary
to adopt a limit switch to grant that door closing while the gate moves and to maintain this protective function also in case of failure
of this security limit switch.
