Troubleshooting
Why can’t I hear any sound from my headset?
• Check the headset volume level.
• Make sure headset is paired.
• Make sure devices are not out of range. Try moving devices
closer together and, if necessary, re-connecting.
• Make sure headset is switched on and sufficiently charged.
• Make sure Multimedia software is closed when establishing
the Bluetooth connection.
• Make sure that
Bluetooth High Quality Audio
is chosen as
the Mixer device, as follows:
