Removing the display cable

Prerequisites
1. Remove the base cover.
2. Remove the wireless card.
3. Remove the fan.
4. Remove the heat sink.
5. Remove the display assembly.
6. Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 6 in "Removing the display panel".
7. Remove the camera.
Procedure
1. Peel the tapes that secures the cables to the display panel.
2. Open the latch and disconnect the touchscreen-board cable from the connector on the display panel.
3. Open the latch and disconnect the sensor-board cable from the connector on the display panel.
4. Open the latch and disconnect the display cable from the connector on the display panel.
5. Lift and peel off the camera cable from the display panel.
