Installing the Hard Drive
1. Place the hard drive in the bracket and tighten the screws to secure the hard drive to the bracket.
2. Connect the hard-drive cable to the hard drive and place the hard drive into its slot on the computer.
3. Tighten the screws to secure the hard-drive bracket to the computer.
4. Install:
a) back cover
b) VESA stand
c) stand cover
5. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer .
Removing the System Board
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer .
2. Remove:
a) stand cover
b) VESA stand
c) back cover
d) system board cover
e) memory
f) WLAN card
g) heat sink
h) hard drive
i) optical disk drive
3. Disconnect all the cables connected to the system board.
