3. Open the latch that secures the I/O-board cable, then disconnect the cable from the I/O board.

4. Open the latch securing the fingerprint reader cable, then disconnect the cable from the I/O board–Optional for computers

shipped with fingerprint readers.

5. Remove the two screws (M2x2) that secure the I/O board to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
