Removing the LED board
1. Follow the procedures in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a. SD card
b. base cover
c. battery
d. keyboard
e. hard drive
f. palmrest
3. To remove LED board:
a. Lift the tab and disconnect the LED-board cable from the system board [1].
b. Peel the LED-board cable from the system.
c. Remove the single (M2.0x5.0) screw that secures the LED board to the system [2].
