Step 4) LD M0 ïƒ use CANRS instruction to set the first left-side module COPM-SL to send data
Step 5) after receiving data is complete, M100 will be ON; check if the value in D1175 is NOT 0.
When there is any value in D1175 other than zero, it indicates D20 has received responses from
the slaves.
