5. Equipment Care and Maintenance
5.1 Regular Check
For the daily inspection of the press, please implement the following inspection items according to
the usage and frequency.
1. Check whether there is any abnormal sound during operation. If so, please lubricate first. If it
cannot be ruled out, please contact our company (Delta Electronics) or the agent for assistance.
(Recommended inspection frequency: daily)
2. Whether the external fastening screws are loose, if so, please re-lock them (recommended inspection
frequency: daily)
3. Whether the pressure is abnormal, if so, please use the standard load cell (self-provided) to check
and confirm the pressure value. (Recommended inspection frequency: every 6 months)
4. Whether the belt is worn or cracked, if so, please replace it immediately (recommended inspection
frequency: every 3 months)
5.2 Equipment Rust Prevention / Lubrication
1. The working surface is a hardened metal surface without additional surface treatment. Before
the press is released, it will be protected with anti-rust oil. Please keep the anti-rust oil on the
table as much as possible in subsequent use to avoid rust. WD-40 is recommended.
