TUNER : Set the tuner screen display time when the input source is

• Always : Show display continuously.
• 30sec : Show display for 30 seconds after operation.

• OFF : Turn display off.
iPod : Set the iPod screen display time when the input source is ā€œDOCKā€
or ā€œiPod (USB)ā€.
• Always : Show display continuously.
• 30sec : Show display for 30 seconds after operation.
• 10sec : Show display for 10 seconds after operation.
• OFF : Turn display off.
Remote Preset Codes
Search a preset code to
register in the remote
control unit.

Quick Select Name
Change the ā€œQuick Selectā€
display title to one you
prefer.
• Up to 16 characters can be input.
• For character input, see page 65.
Zone Rename
Change the display title of
each zone to one you prefer.
• Up to 10 characters can be input.
• For character input, see page 65.
Trigger Out
Select the condition for
activating Trigger Out 1/2 for
the input source, surround
mode, etc.

information on trigger out.
Trigger Out 1 / Trigger Out 2
n When setting for zone (MAIN ZONE / ZONE2 / ZONE3)
Trigger out is activated through linkage to the power of the zone set
to ā€œONā€.
n When setting for input source
Activate trigger out when the input source set to ā€œONā€ is selected.
Active for the zone set to ā€œONā€ with ā€œWhen Setting for Zoneā€.
n When setting for surround mode
Activate trigger out when the surround mode set to ā€œONā€ is selected.
Active when the ā€œMAIN ZONEā€ set to ā€œONā€ with ā€œWhen Setting
for Zoneā€ is selected, and when the input source set to ā€œONā€ with
ā€œWhen Setting for Input Sourceā€ is selected.
n When setting for HDMI monitor
Activate trigger out when the HDMI monitor set to ā€œONā€ is selected.
Activate trigger out when the HDMI monitor set to ā€œONā€ is
selected. Active when the ā€œMAIN ZONEā€ set to ā€œONā€ with
ā€œWhen Setting for Zoneā€ is selected, and when the input source

remote ID of this unit.

NOTE
When using this unit with only the included main remote control unit (RC-
1146), use Remote ID ā€œ1ā€ (default).
When using the included sub remote control unit (RC-1148), this function
can be used. Match the ID setting of the remote control unit and the
receiver.
Dimmer
Adjust the display
brightness of this unit.
Bright : Normal display brightness.
Dim : Reduced display brightness.
Dark : Very low display brightness.
OFF : Turns the display off.
Setup Lock
Protect settings from
inadvertent change.
ON : Turn protection on.
OFF : Turn protection off.
When canceling the setting, set ā€œSetup Lockā€ to ā€œOFFā€.
NOTE
When ā€œSetup Lockā€ is set to ā€œONā€, the settings listed below can no
longer be changed. Also, ā€œSETUP LOCKED!ā€ is displayed if you attempt
to operate related settings.
