(4) SENSORUNITのねじ1本をはずしてからSENSORUNIT
を取りはずす。
(5) SPACERGNDのねじ1本をはずしてからSPACERGND
を取りはずす。
(6) 後面側のねじ 2 本と FRONTSUBPANEL のねじ 2 本を
はずす。
(7) FRONTSUBPANEL を引き上げて取りはずす。
(4) Remove the screw on the SENSOR UNIT and then re-
move the SENSOR UNIT.
(5) Remove the screw on the SPACER GND and then re-
move the SPACER GND.
(6) Remove the 2 screws on the rear side and 2 screws
on the FRONT SUB PANEL.
(7) Pull up the FRONT SUB PANEL and remove the
FRONT SUB PANEL.
