Replace IC702.

Check the input signal from CY111 to IC802, IC803
and their periphery, and service it if detective.When the
input signal is correct, IC802 or IC803 is replaced.

Both functions of picture and sound do not operate normally.
The USB memory in which test signal (MP3,WAV)
of 1kHz/0dB is written is prepared.
With USB memory playback mode, with the test signal
of 1kHz/0dB it repeats between B from A and puts in
playback state.
Are the audio signals outputted to 14pin(Rch) and
15pin(Lch) of IC802?
No
Check periphery circuit from 14pin and 15pin to
IC804 of IC802, and service it if defective.
When the periphery circuit is correct, IC804 is
replaced.
Are the audio signals outputted to 7pin(Lch) and
1pin(Rch) of IC804?
Yes
Is 11pin of CY111 (MUTE control signal)H, and has
been the TR806 collector (MUTE drive signal) L(-9V)?
Yes
Check periphery circuit from 7pin and 1pin to
JK801 of IC804, and
replace it if defective.
Check TR806 and the periphery circuit, and service it if
defective.
No
Are the contact point and the installation state of the
key switches (S701~S704,S706~S710,S712~S715,
S717~S719,S721~S725,S727,S729 S731~S734)
normal?
No
Re-install the switches (S701~S704,S706~S710,
S712~S715,S717~S719,S721~S725,S727,S729,
S731~S734) correctly or replace the poor switch.

出力されているか？

IC802の14pin、15pinからIC804の周辺回路を確認し、
不良箇所を修理。
周辺回路が正しい場合は、IC804を交換。
1kHz0dBのテスト信号(MP3、WAV)を書き込んだUSB
メモリを用意し、USBメモリ再生モードにて、
1kHz0dBA〜B間繰り返し再生状態にする。
IC802の14pin(Rch)、15pin(Lch)、にそれぞれ音声が
出力されているか？
いいえ
CY111からIC802、IC803への入力信号を確認し、
不良箇所を修理。
入力信号が正しい場合は、IC802もしくはIC803を交換。
