9 - FITTING THE NEEDLE CARTRIDGE (CONTINUED)
9. Keep the protective cap in place until immediately
before treatment.
10. Switch ON the device.
11. If the Needle Cartridge is not installed properly, the LCD
screen will display the Cartridge symbol flashing on and o.
The Dermapen HOME
TM
will not operate until the cartridge is
installed correctly.
12. Switch OFF the device, remove the Needle Cartridge
and re-install. If the problem persists, refer to section 11 -
Troubleshooting Dermapen HOME
TM
Device, page 26.
13. Only install a genuine Dermapen HOME
TM
cartridge at all times.
Installation of any other cartridge will risk damage to the
device and pose risks to the user and will void your warranty.
14. Remove the protective needle cap prior to commencing
a treatment.
