14 - WARRANTY INFORMATION
This product is manufactured under strict quality control and
inspection processes.
Standard warranty of the Dermapen HOME
TM
device is to cover the
operating period 2 years after the purchase.*
Standard warranty for Battery Charger and Battery is 12 months.
Use of other batteries will void your warranty.
If this product goes out of order under normal customer use, it will
be repaired/replaced free of charge during the warranty period
(not including return costs).
The damages prescribed below are NOT covered by warranty:
• User faults by lack of care and responsibility (e.g., exposure
to water, dropping device).
• Unauthorised electric current connection faults.
• Faults caused by the user’s own intention or unauthorised repair.
• Damages caused by natural disaster (fire, flood, earthquake,
lightning, etc).

15 - DISPOSAL
Performance testing has supported a maximum lifetime of the
Dermapen HOME
TM
of 3 years. Depending on the frequency of use,
this correlates to:
1. 10 uses per month for 3 years
2. 5 uses per month for 6 years
To ensure user safety, please discontinue use of the device after it has
reached the maximum lifetime.
At the end of the product lifetime, dispose of the Dermapen HOME
TM
microneedling device in accordance with applicable regulations
for waste electronic equipment. If necessary, ask your dealer or the
competent authorities about the applicable regulations.
