If the suggested actions fail to fix the problems listed below, or the
problem reoccurs, please contact your local distributor.
Do NOT attempt to investigate any of the problems further.
The device has no parts that you can repair.
Problem Possible Cause Action
Once powered on, the
Dermapen HOME
TM
:
Displays an
orange Status LED
Displays a pulsing
Cartridge symbol
Emits a double beep.
No Needle
Cartridge
detected
Remove and refit
Needle Cartridge
to ensure it is
installed correctly.
If problem
persists, replace
Needle Cartridge
with a new one.
Once powered on, the
Dermapen HOME
TM
:
Displays an
orange Status LED
Displays a flashing
Cartridge symbol
Emits a double beep.
Needle
Cartridge Error
due to invalid
Cartridge
Replace Needle
Cartridge with a
new one.
Once powered on, the
Dermapen HOME
TM
:
Displays a solid
Sync Symbol
Displays days or
hours on the Level
Indication Digits
Emits a beep.
Sync Warning Sync the
Dermapen HOME

via Bluetooth at
earliest opportunity.
Once powered on, the

Displays an

Displays a pulsing

Displays ‘SYN’
on the Level
Indication Digits

via Bluetooth to
