9.3 - CARRYING OUT A TREATMENT
1. Thoroughly cleanse the skin with an appropriate cleanser.
2. Remove all residue of the cleanser with water.
3. Thoroughly wash and dry hands prior to performing a
treatment and handing the sterile Needle Cartridge.
4. Attach a new sterile Needle Cartridge
(refer to section 9, page 19).
5. Power on the device
(refer to section 8.3, page 16). If required, sync
the device via Bluetooth
(refer to section 8.8, page 18).
6. Remove the protective needle cap from the Needle Cartridge
and throw it away into general household waste.
7. Select the needle level and speed of the Dermapen HOME
TM
(refer to section 9.2, page 21, and section 9.3, page 22).
8. Apply light pressure and move the Dermapen HOME
TM
in
stripe-line motions across each region, lifting the needles
between each stripe to avoid unnecessary reinsertions.
There are five possible
treatment regions:
1. Forehead
2. Nose
3. Lip Area
4. Chin
5. Cheek
