Position scooter, insert key, turn on, press green button to unfold.
Vacate scooter, fold backrest, press red button to fold.
Identify and understand the functions of the key ignition, speed dial, wigwag, horn, and lights.
Use the wigwag paddle for forward/backward movement and speed control.
Release wigwag for electromagnetic braking; use light switch for headlights.
Adjust handlebar height using the large knob on the tiller.
Ensure scooter is folded, tiller secured, and check battery before driving.
Release wigwag paddle to brake, switch off ignition, and remove key.
Connect emergency cable to scooter's underside fly lead for charging when folded.
Connect charger, observe LED status (green/red), and charge for ~5 hours.
