What to do if DeVilbiss IntelliPAP DV54 Medical Equipment blower does not start and E06 error displays?
- AAshley ReedAug 3, 2025
If the DeVilbiss Medical Equipment blower does not start when powered up and displays an E06 error, first, remove the cover and inspect the pressure sensor, flow sensor, and chassis tubing for disconnections, occlusions, or kinks; correct any identified issues. Next, check for damage to the chassis, foam pieces, and tubing, replacing any damaged components. Then, remove the control board and look for signs of water damage to the blower assembly, pressure sensor, and/or flow sensor, replacing any damaged parts. Inspect the blower for any visible space between the top and bottom sections, and reconnect the halves if necessary. Finally, recalibrate the pressure and flow sensors. If the error persists after these steps, the control board should be replaced.
