S150 Display of ISDN bit rate/operating mode
The transmission speed achieved can be displayed in register S150 after the
establishment of a connection. This register can be read only.
S151 ISDN protocol configuration
The contents of register S151 can be stored with the commands AT&W or
AT*W. The details of the D-channel protocol can be set with the S151 reg
