Pull
yoke
clamp
handle
forward
to release
friction
locking
action.
(b)
Insert
screw
driver

the
yoke
and the
notched
clamp
adjustor.
Flex
the
adjustor
downward
just
enough
to
pass

Rotate
clamp
adjustor
as necessary.

the
notch
in
the
