• When using Bluetooth or plug-in headphones,
speakers, etc., test your system to find out where
your alerts sound. They might sound on your
smart device, on the headphones or speakers,
etc., or on both.
• The app uses your smart device’s battery. Keep
your phone charged to get readings and alerts.
• If your smart device or the Dexcom ONE app
closes or isn’t working, you will NOT get readings
or alerts. Occasionally check that the app is open
and Bluetooth is on.
