6.3 WORKING PHASE
Prior to starting each work cycle, make sure that the
machine is perfectly clean, especially the surface of the
bowl, the spiral and the dough breaker in contact with
food products.
Whenever necessary, proceed with cleaning in
accordance with the description in chapter 7.
After lifting the protection F, pour the desired quantities
of ingredients into the bowl.
Lower the protection F, set the timer C to a defined
time and press the green start button B.
Carry out the following procedure for proper
machine operation :
1) start the machine at maximum speed (handle
towards "+") ;
