is released; lift the head using the lower piston; turn the
disc located under the bowl in a clockwise direction
and remove the bowl to remove the dough. After
finishing machine cleaning, reassemble the bowl by
following the previously described steps in the reverse
order, making sure that the pins under the bowl are
correctly inserted into the holes in the machine.
To increase the rotation speed of the bowl and spiral,
turn the potentiometer knob E in a clockwise direction.
To decrease the speed, turn the same knob in a
counter-clockwise direction.
Before removing the dough, always perform the shut-
down steps described in paragraph 6.5.
6.4 SAFETY DEVICES
The mixer is equipped with safety devices that protect
the user, including a mobile protective grid and a
device that ensures that the grid is lowered. Mixers
with liftable heads and removable bowls are also
equipped with a device that checks whether the head
is lifted or lowered, a locking pin for the head in a
lowered position, a device that checks whether the
bowl is inserted or removed and finally a tank locking
disc.
Before proceeding with the working phase, check the
status of the various safety devices. These are in a
good state when:
- the machine stops when the grid is lifted;
- the machine stops and will not start when the
machine head is lifted;
