Why is my Dimplex Stove not turning on with the remote?

  If your Dimplex Stove isn't turning on with the remote, first, refer to the Operation Section to ensure proper operation. If that's not the problem, initialize the Remote Control. Also, install a new battery into the Remote Control and reinitialize it if necessary. A defective 3-Position Switch or Remote Control Receiver might also be the reason, so consider replacing them and initialize to remote control.

Why does my Dimplex Stove heater turn off after a few minutes?

  If your Dimplex Stove heater turns off after a couple of minutes, it could be due to a build-up of dirt or dust in the Heater Assembly. Ensure that the exterior intake louvers and firebox cavity are free of dirt and dust. Another possibility is a defective Heater Assembly, which would need to be replaced.
