Step 1 - Connect your DIRECTV HD Receiver to your router

Connect one end of your Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back

of your router.

Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back

of your DIRECTV HD Receiver.
