School hours
The school hours feature allows you to ensure that
your child’s mobile does not interfere with classwork
by disabling the ringtone alerts and key tones during
certain times of the day and week. When the control is
active, the icon will be displayed in the standby
screen. You can control, to the nearest hour, when the
school hours feature should be active.
1 Within the
Clock option, highlight School Hours
and press
c
. Three options are provided:
Set Hours Use this to set the beginning and end
times for the restriction period. Note: For 12 hour
clock: Use
d
and
e
to change between am/pm.
• 12 keypad: Enter the hours using the numeric
keys and press
a
(
OK).
• 4 keypad: Use
d
and
e
to increase or
decrease the hour and
f
to move to the next
stage. Press
a
(
OK) when complete.
Set Day Highlight each day of the week for which
the school hours feature is required and press
c
to
add or remove a tick, as necessary. Press
a
(
OK)
when complete.
Enable/Disable Use to switch the school hours
feature on and off.
