Inserting items (12 key only)
While creating a message, press
a
(
Options). You
can choose from Emoticon characters, a Melody, a
Phone Number from your phonebook, or Preset
Messages. In each case, select the option and then
use
e
,
d
and
c
to choose the required item.
When your message is complete, press
a
(
Options)
and select the Send option.
• In normal mode your phonebook contacts will be
listed for you to choose your recipient. Use
e
and
d
to highlight an entry and press
c
. Check that
the displayed entry is correct and then press
c
again to send.
• In administrator mode, your mobile will display
Enter Number. You can either enter the phone
number using the keypad or press
a
(
P/Book) to
choose a contact from your phonebook. In either
case, when ready to send to your chosen contact,
press
a
(
OK).
Managing your inbox and sent items
Whenever you receive or send a message, a copy is
saved in your Inbox or Sent Items list, respectively.
You can access these old messages and forward them
to new recipients. Also, it is a good idea to periodically
delete unwanted messages in order to provide memory
space for new messages.
1 From the standby screen, press
c
twice to enter
the
Messaging menu, highlight either Inbox or
Sent Items and press
c
.
Note: To delete all messages: Use
e
to scroll to
the bottom of the list, highlight Delete All and press
c
. Then press
a
(Delete) to confirm.
