Antifreeze Drilling Unit

Reclaim Antifreeze
1. Hold hose on antifreeze reclaimer over top of antifreeze tank.
2. Open valve on reclaimer (shown).
3. Connect drilling fluid transfer hose from
tanks to drilling fluid pump inlet.
4. Close valve below antifreeze tank.
5. Start unit and run at low throttle.
6. Turn drilling fluid pump on low speed.
7. Turn drilling fluid pump off when drilling
fluid comes out of reclaimer hose.
8. Remove antifreeze reclaimer.
IMPORTANT: Antifreeze can be removed
from antifreeze tank and disposed of
properly or it can be reused until it is too
diluted with drilling fluid to protect against
freezing.
