      The curtain and motor might not move due to several reasons: * A mains power failure or blown fuses F1, F2, or F3. * The stop being activated (indicated by the “Stop” LED on the keyboard being ON). * Incorrect motor connection to terminals or the switch being in the wrong position. * The opening (A) and closing (C) limit dip-switches being activated (LEDs 11 and 12 ON). * The motor with thermal switch activated (LEDs 11 and 12 ON). * The safety switch of the manual rod being activated (LEDs 11 and 12 ON). * A fault in one of the power devices, such as the control unit, motor, or motor cabling.
