Why the panel and the motor of my DITEC Door Opening System does not move?

  If the panel and motor of your DITEC Door Opening System aren't moving, it could be due to several reasons. The stop safety might be activated, or the system isn't getting power from the mains. Check if the brake is disconnected, blocking the motor. Also, make sure the motor is correctly connected to the terminals and switch 1 is properly positioned. The opening and closing limit switches might be triggered. Finally, if the motor has a thermal switch, it may have activated; wait for it to cool down.
