If touch-tone 9 is not activating the relay on your DKS Intercom System, consider the following: * Reprogram the tone-open number to 9. * If the resident phone emits a short pulse instead of a long tone, press 9 twice in rapid succession (99). * Try using another phone that is known to work. * Lower the speaker volume and readjust the feedback.
