NOTICE
Be careful during installation of heads (1) to prevent
damage to the O-ring seal on the head.
18. Put one of heads (1) in position on the cylinder
respective to the marks put on the heads and
cylinder during disassembly.
19.Carefully install the rod and piston in the cylinder.
20. Carefully slide the other head over rod (3) and
into cylinder (2) respective to the marks put on
the head and cylinder during disassembly.
End By :
a. Install steering cylinder.

Removal & Installation
Tools Needed A
Driver Group 1
Start By :
a. Remove wheel bearings (steer).
1. Remove grease fitting (1), nut (2) and washer
from bolt (3).
2. Install a 3/4" - 16 NF nut (2) on the bolts (3). Do
not tighten the nut. Hit the nut with a hammer to
loosen the bolt from the links. Remove the nut.
Remove the bolt (3) from the links.
3. Remove cover (4) and the gasket from both end
of the steering knuckle.
