Signal type
Select the notification signal type for the assistance sequence.
1. Press Menu Settings Assistance Signal type:
High to use loud signals (default).
Low to use one low signal.
Silent no sound indication, like a normal call.
Dialling duration
Select how long the phone will dial a Helper number before moving on to
the next number in the list. Set a value lower than the call would be an-
swered by an answering service.

Messages
Create and send text message (SMS)/picture message
(MMS)
A text message (SMS) is a short text message that can be sent to other mo-
bile phones. A picture message (MMS) can contain text and media objects
such as pictures, sound recordings and video. The settings for messaging
are supplied by your service provider and can be sent to you automatically
via text message.
1. Press Menu Messages Write.
2. Press and select a recipient and number from your contacts. Press
Done when done.
Alternatively, enter number to add recipient manually and press
when done.
Note! If you choose to add multiple recipients, you will be charged for
each recipient.
3. Go to the message field and write your message, see Enter text ,
p.8.
