4.4.4 User Inserts
The above window allows entry of user inserts. User inserts contain data that is
entered by the operator when a print job is started. The Insert ID is the unique ID that is
entered into layout objects. This ID (and its brackets) will be replaced at print time with
the data entered by the operator. The User Prompt is the phrase that is displayed to the
operator when prompted for the data. The Default Value is the default that is used if the
operator does not change the value.
