accumulation of minerals inside the unit.

Do not wash the stone with water and soap.

To clean the stone, remove it from the oven
and scrub with a scratch pad until you have
a clean and soft surface.

Clean the oven windows with products like
Brasso or equivalents. They are copper
cleaners but good for this use.
